09 Jan Holiday Celebration
Saturday, Dec. 6 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Join the Mansion and the Highlands Ranch Metro District for this traditional celebration of the holidays with horse-drawn hayrides, visits with Santa Claus, self-guided tours of the Mansion, reindeer games on the lawn, face painting, school choir performances, and gift and craft vendors.
All activities are free. Food trucks will be on site with food and drinks for purchase.
SCHEDULE:
- 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
Face painting on west lawn of Mansion - 10:15 a.m.
Santa arrives in front of the Mansion - 10:30 a.m.
Holiday storytime with Douglas County Libraries – Upstairs conference room
Summit View Elementary choir performance – Great Hall - 11:30 a.m.
Holiday storytime with Douglas County Libraries – Upstairs conference room
Sand Creek Elementary choir performance – Great Hall - 12 -3 p.m.
Caricature artist – near hayrides at the north end of the Mansion driveway - 12:30 p.m.
Redstone Elementary choir performance – Great Hall - 1:30 p.m.
Roxborough Primary & Intermediate choir performance – Great Hall - 3:15 p.m.
Last bus leaves for Mountain Vista High School
All day: Hayrides, visits with Santa, vendors, food trucks
PLEASE NOTE: Transportation will be by shuttle bus from the west parking lot at Mountain Vista High School. There will be no parking at the Mansion except for vehicles with handicapped placards or license plates. Shuttle buses will begin running at 9:30 a.m.
