RESCHEDULED: Landmark Lectures – Ladies of the Brown Palace

While originally scheduled for May 4, this program has been rescheduled to Monday, Nov. 16. Previously purchased tickets will be honored on the new date, or refunds will be available.

Monday, Nov. 16 from 7 to 9 p.m.

Burly pioneers, businessmen and male politicians comprise only half the story of our past. Enjoy an evening with Debra Faulkner, Brown Palace hotel historian and author of Ladies of the Brown: A Woman’s History of Denver. While most people are familiar with Denver’s iconic Brown Palace Hotel, many don’t know about the celebrated female visitors, residents, and employees that are a part of its history. Their stories of scandal, romance, humor, and leadership are an important part of the hotel’s history and offer a glimpse into the lives of women from all walks of life.

Doors will open at 5:30 p.m., with self-guided tours available; program begins at 7 p.m.
Tickets: $20 (each ticket includes appetizers)
