Parking & Location

Surrounded by 250 acres of ranchland and tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood, the Mansion is less than 20 miles south of downtown Denver and is a 45-minute drive to Denver International Airport.

A 142-space parking lot is located on the west side of the Mansion and can be accessed through one of two entrances:

• The Gateway Drive entrance offers access to the upper row of parking, which includes six handicapped-accessible parking spots.
• The Ranch Road entrance offers access to the lower second and third rows of parking.

During events, the barrier gates that separate the upper and lower lots will be open. The parking lot is approximately 400 feet from the Mansion’s front door.

Please note: The Mansion parking lot is not a through road, and barrier gates that separate the lots may be closed during non-event days. Parking for vendors and deliveries is located south of the Mansion with access from the Gateway Drive entrance.

From C-470:

Take the Broadway exit and head south for approximately 2.2 miles. Turn left at Gateway Drive. Our entrance is located approximately .6 miles ahead on the left, beyond South Eliza Ct. on the left. The left turn into the entrance can be identified by two small swing gates, a central median island and two low stone walls with HR plaques. Continue up the curving entrance past our small orchard to the upper parking lot. The Mansion is visible from the parking lot.
